Answers to the usual questions

I forgot my password.
Passwords are stored as an Argon2id hash and cannot be read back by anyone, including us — so there is nothing to look up. Write to us from the address on the account and we will help you get back in.
How do I delete my account and everything in it?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account, confirmed with your password. Every vehicle, fine, document, payment and session is removed from the server, and the copy on your phone is cleared. It happens at once and cannot be undone, so export first if you want to keep a copy.
How do I get my records out?
Settings → Export Data. CSV for spreadsheets, a PDF summary for handing to an employer or a buyer, and a full JSON backup you can import again later.
The app is on two devices and one of them is out of date.
Open Account → Sync Now on the device that looks wrong. If it says Working offline, it cannot reach the server; records you enter are safe on the phone and go up as soon as there is a connection.
Why does the app want my deadline windows instead of knowing them?
Because they differ by country and by type of notice, and getting them wrong is exactly the mistake that costs money. The app suggests a starting point and says plainly that it does not know your local rule. Set them from the notice you received.
Are my photographs uploaded?
No. Pictures of notices, documents and evidence stay in the app's own storage on your device. The server keeps only the file name. If you delete the app without exporting, those pictures go with it.
Can I use the app without an account?
Not at the moment. The account is what lets the same ledger open on a second device and survive a lost phone. Once you are signed in the app works fully offline and syncs later.
Can it pay a fine or file my appeal?
No, and it is not built to. It keeps track of the dates and of what you sent. Writing the appeal and making the payment are yours to do.
Something looks wrong in the deadlines.
Open the fine and check the date received and the three windows — the app counts from what is entered there, and any date printed on your notice can be set directly. If the arithmetic still looks wrong, send us the numbers you entered and what you expected.
I want to report a security problem.
Write to support@ticket-app.space with "Security" in the subject. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling anyone else. It will be taken seriously and you will get an answer.

This app tracks dates you enter. It is not legal advice and it does not connect to any official register. We cannot tell you whether to pay or to appeal, or how a particular authority will decide — only help with the app itself.
